The Barons team consists of:-

Mervyn Rochester, FCA, Managing Director. Mervyn was schooled in the area and has lived in the Christchurch area for over forty years. Mervyn is a Chartered Accountant with an extensive background in financial affairs and client management. He has been involved in property management since acquiring his first owned letting property in Christchurch in 1984 and over recent years in establishing Barons in Christchurch. He has a thorough knowledge of the local lettings market and is the principal contact for landlord introductions and tenant viewings. He also has extensive experience of owning and running substantial business’s which has brought a wealth of systems and management experience which has proved invaluable in growing the business.

Denise Money, Director. Denise comes from a background of company accounts and administration and deals with all aspects of the day to day running of the Christchurch office. She also supports Mervyn on the lettings side and ensures that Barons can offer a full range of support services for landlords and tenants alike.

Suzy Rochester, Office Assistant. Suzy deals with the office systems and collection of rents and landlord payments. She is also undertaking continual training to learn the lettings business and is keen to get involved and help wherever she can.
